MASSCA racking box beam roll forming line is designed for efficient and high-speed production of rack box beams. With a production speed of up to 20m/min and continuous cutting, it’s optimized for mass production. The width adjustability via motorization adds flexibility to accommodate various specifications.
The production line consists of two main machines: the box beam roll forming machine and the C profile tightening machine. The roll forming machine is responsible for shaping the C profile, while the tightening machine likely finishes and reinforces the profile to ensure its stability and strength.
This setup seems well-suited for industrial applications where precision, speed, and consistency are essential for producing rack box beams at scale.
