The electric box adopts CNC industrial computer.
Bending principle: Controlled by 3 to 4 servo motors. One machine can program and store 2000 sets of products and supports USB to export data and parameters.
The wire feeding is precise and stable. No molds are needed. Just input parameters directly in the touchable screen.
The advantages of the machine’s automatic bending over the hydraulic combined 2D bending machine are: low noise and more durable quality.
The equipment supports importing CAD drawings for automatic bending, which greatly saves the machine adjustment time.
