3. Guarantee time of MASSCA machinery
(1) Warranty Period: The standard warranty period for the MASSCA cold roll forming machine is one year. Within this period, if the equipment malfunctions, the manufacturer will provide free replacement parts.
(2) Warranty Procedures:
- Shipping for Repair: If the faulty component can be identified and replaced by the buyer, the manufacturer will send new parts by mail for the buyer to replace.
- On-Site Repair: If the buyer is unable to handle the issue independently after communication with the manufacturer’s after-sales personnel, the manufacturer will dispatch personnel for on-site repairs.
- For buyers outside mainland China, on-site services are generally not included during the one-year warranty period (although free replacement parts are included, with shipping costs borne by the buyer). If on-site service is required, the buyer should cover all travel expenses for the after-sales personnel (including salary subsidies, accommodations, round-trip airfare, etc.), which can be further negotiated.
(3)Exclusions from Free Repairs During the Warranty Period:
- Damage caused by improper operation not in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements.
- Damage caused by improper maintenance.
- Damage caused by personnel who have not received training.
- Damage caused by improper equipment protection, such as exposure to rain or water.
- Consumable parts are not covered under warranty (such as cutting blades, relays, etc.).
- Damage caused by force majeure events such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc.
