2.  Punch Press

Our production process incorporates high-speed perforation machines and hydraulic punching machines to conduct online punching of products. Once the punching is completed, the products can be directly fed into the roll-forming machine for cold bending and shaping. The Massca punching machine is renowned for its rapid punching speed, remarkable precision, and robust stability.

4. Cold roll forming machine x one unit.  

  • Machine base structure:     welded by high-strength channel steel, which has the main features of high strength and long service life.
  • 5- 20 m / min according to different punching speed
  • 10-15 Rollers station according to different cross-section shapes and sizes
  • The molds of the ceiling panel carrier roll forming machine are made of GCr15, quenching treatment, hardness: HRC 56-62 °C.
  • The material of the roll shaft is 40Cr, and the hardness is HB280 after quenching and tempering treatment.
  •  The roll shaft is made of 40Cr, and following quenching and tempering treatment, it has a hardness of HB280.
  • This configuration guarantees high-strength, high-frequency roll-forming operations and exhibits the advantages of extended service life and high precision.

5. Hydraulic automatic cut-off device x one unit.

  • Cutting die material: SKD 11, heat treated, hardness 58~61
  • Cutting length: 1 ~ 6 meters, adjustable. Length tolerance with ± 0.1 mm.
