II. High Precision Leveling Device

This professional high-precision leveling device is equipped with TEN top rollers and ELEVEN bottom rollers to avoid roller deformation. The rollers, with a diameter of 58mm, have an upper-roller simultaneous – adjustment feature. Hard-chrome plated, this device ensures the surface’s smoothness, durability, and strength and prevents scratches on the tiles.

III. Perforated sheet punch machine

MASSCA employs a 125 – ton high – speed gantry press for punching holes. With this press, 4 – 8 rows of holes can be punched each time. The pattern of the perforation holes is determined by the customer’s design, and the punching speed can be adjusted from 160 to 220 strokes per minute.

IV. Tensioning device and leveling

The tensioning device will apply a tension to the material to make the winding tighter. The leveling device is selected according to the thickness of the material.

MASSCA is able to offer winding devices to customers. Through tension settings of these devices, the precision of winding raw materials can be enhanced. Moreover, MASSCA can also provide customers with perforated coil products for secondary transportation and processing.
