MASSCA Baffle Ceiling Machine primarily uses Aluminum or Galvanized steel as its raw material, undergoing processes such as uncoiling, leveling, continuous roll forming, and fixed-length cutting. The product’s cross-sectional height and width can be adjusted seamlessly, allowing for the production of any size within the design range (bottom width 35-110mm, flange height 30-200mm). The dimensions for product width and height are controlled and adjusted by the servo motor, allowing operators to easily input the desired width, height, and length of the product via a touchscreen. All other operations of the unit are automatically completed, and changes in specifications can be made within minutes. The production speed can be adjusted within a specified range, enabling continuous and automated roll-forming production throughout the whole production line.

Main Components of the Baffle Ceiling Machine:
1. Single Head Hydraulic Decoiler

2. Leveling device:
- 21 Rollers Precision leveling device
- Leveling Speed: Less than 40 meters per minute.
- Material Thickness: Ranges from 0.36 to 0.6 mm.
- Material Width: Ranges from 92 to 397 mm.
- Leveling Roller Material: Made of 45# steel, processed through heat treatment followed by precision machining and grinding. The surface is finished with hard chrome plating and polishing.
3. Roll forming main machine:
- Groups of rollers: 1 station with 4 groups lip forming, 10 stations main roll forming for U shape forming
- Machine Frame: Constructed from steel plate, welded together, and processed with gantry milling for precision.
- Archway Structure: Features an independent gantry-style configuration; this means the rolling rolls are situated between the two arch plates, with the drive mechanism located on the outer side of the arch plates.
- Drive Mechanism: Utilizes variable frequency speed control, connecting the main motor with a worm gear reducer and rollers for transmission.
- Roll Material: Made of S45C medium carbon steel, with the surface polished and coated with hard chrome.
- Specification Change Mobility Unit: Equipped with Taiwan TBI precision linear rails and ball screws for precise positioning.
- Servo System: Includes three sets of servo systems used as the driving units.
4. Hydraulic Cut-off system
- Hydraulic System: Utilizes an efficient and eco-friendly hydraulic system, featuring original hydraulic components from Taiwan.
- Cutting Method: Employs a servo-driven tracking system for cutting without reducing speed or halting the machine.

6. Electric control:
- PLC Centralized Control: Operators simply input the product’s cross-sectional parameters, length, and quantity via a touchscreen. All other operations of the machine are automatically completed.
- Control Method: Utilizes both touchscreen and button controls for ease of operation.
- Operating Modes: Features both manual and automatic modes. The manual mode allows for single-machine operation, facilitating easy debugging and maintenance. In automatic mode, after operators sequentially start the process, the machine performs full-line production. Emergency stop buttons are installed throughout the line for handling urgent issues, ensuring the safety of both the equipment and operators.
