MASSCA Linear Metal Ceiling Carrier Making Machine can produce different shapes and different widths of linear ceiling panels and carriers of corresponding sizes, which are used to install the suspended linear ceiling. MASSCA can provide a complete linear ceiling production solution. The shapes of the linear ceiling can be G/V/H/C/S, etc. The width of a linear ceiling can be 100-300mm. The MASSCA Metal Ceiling Carriers Production Line is designed to manufacture carriers for a variety of metal ceiling types such as linear strip ceilings, metal baffle ceilings, and metal ceiling tiles. The main components of this production line include:
1. Combine Decoiler & Straightener
– This equipment uncoils the metal sheet and straightens it before feeding it into the press.
2. Punching Press & Servo Feeder

3. Main Roll Forming Machine
– Shapes the straightened metal sheets into the desired profile according to the specifications of the ceiling carrier.
4. Automatic Shearing Station
– Cuts the formed profiles to the required length automatically.
5. Product Output Table
– Where the finished ceiling carriers are collected after cutting.
6. Electrical Control System
